Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

This position is responsible for the direction of assigned production resources to ensure optimum manufacturing performance regarding minimizing cost and achieving the highest possible levels of quality and delivery in accordance with the approved business plan.

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for the managing of hourly direct labor team members in the assigned manufacturing areas and shift.

This position is also responsible for effectively managing cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment, as well as productivity improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• 3 5 years’ experience in a team-based manufacturing environment
• Strong MS Office and systems background
• Previous experience supervising people is preferred
• AS degree - BS degree in manufacturing or engineering or related discipline is preferred, with a strong foundation in business administration
